Yup. I love hitting the bag at the gym.
Ok, it’s not a heavy bag that hangs from the ceiling, it’s actually one of those stand up ones. The bugger is you have to fill it with water, and after hitting it for a while the water sloshes out and you have to get extra towels to wipe up the water.
But it’s worth it.
I did that for 25 minutes, then steadily rode the bike for 10 minutes, then a cool down.
So far so good on my nutrition this week. No slip ups, no cravings, no real hunger emergencies.
